State of MI - Governor's Service Award

Harbor Industries was among the top five finalists for the Governor's Service Award in the Corporate Community Leader category. Nominated by Char-Em United Way, Martha Lancaster, Executive Director, cited Harbor Industries as an "excellent example of a firm which encourages volunteerism and philanthropy throughout its entire Corporate culture". More than 130 nominations were submitted and considered for this prestigious honor. Representing Harbor at the award ceremony on June 24th in Detroit were Jennifer Archambault, Asst. Human Resources Manager, (Gov. Jennifer Granholm), and Dee Vincent, Buyer/Planner.
